    Reading and Writing $450

    Reading, Writing, and Math $700 ($100 savings)

    The Academic Skills Assessment lets families know the learner’s skill levels for reading and writing, and/or math to identify strengths and skill gaps that could impact the learner's day to day life.

    The cost includes:

    -initial consultation

    -assessment sessions with the learner

    - a written academic skills summary with recommendations

    -a 60-minute parent/caregiver meeting to review the results and recommendations

  • Academic Coaching

    $135/50-minute session

    The cost includes:

    -materials and preparation time to individualize instruction to fit the unique needs of each learner

    -written, data-based progress reports provided at 20 and 40 hours of academic coaching

    -coaching can be in-person at 253 Main Street in Yarmouth, Maine, online, or hybrid

    Many learners can make a year’s growth in reading, writing, or math in about 40 hours. We recognize that this is a significant investment in time and financial resources. This is one of the reasons why learner progress and engagement is tracked within and between sessions.

  • Executive Function Coaching

    EF Coaching 20 Session Package

    $2700

    This cost includes:

    -an individualized program based on the Time Management Informal Assessment (Ward & Jacobsen, 2025) and goals designed and agreed upon by the learner

    -sessions lasting 50 minutes

    -written, data-based progress report provided at the end of the 20 hours

    -coaching can be in-person at 253 Main Street in Yarmouth, Maine, online, hybrid, or at the learner’s private school with permission from administration

    The Time Tracker Program: A 360 Thinking Program to Promote Executive Function and Time Management Skills developed by Sarah Ward and Kristen Jacobson. This includes the Get Ready, Do, Done program.
