This live Zoom class runs from January 27 through April 9,

meeting on Tuesdays from 5:30–6:00 PM,

with no classes during February Break (2/17 and 2/19)

Terms of Service for Online Class

  • By enrolling in the Math Facts Power-Up program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    1. Program Description

    Math Facts Power-Up is a live, 10-week small-group math fluency program delivered via Zoom for students in grades 4–5. Sessions focus on building speed, accuracy, and confidence with multiplication and division facts.

    2. Enrollment & Payment

    Enrollment is confirmed once full payment is received. The program is offered as a one-time purchase and includes access to all live sessions and associated community resources during the program period.

    3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

    Due to the limited size and live nature of the program, all sales are final. No refunds or credits are provided for missed sessions, schedule conflicts, or early withdrawal. If the program is canceled by the instructor, a prorated refund will be issued.

    4. Attendance & Participation

    Live attendance is encouraged for best results. However, individual progress may vary, and specific academic outcomes are not guaranteed. Parents are responsible for ensuring their child attends sessions on time and with appropriate technology.

    5. Technology Requirements

    Families must provide reliable internet access, a device capable of running Zoom, and a distraction-reduced environment for participation. Technical issues on the participant’s end do not qualify for refunds.

    6. Supervision

    A parent or caregiver who is 18 years or older is required to be with the student for the duration of the live class.

    7. Communication

    All program communication will be sent to the parent or guardian’s email address used at registration. Parents are responsible for reviewing emails and community announcements.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All materials, strategies, and content provided are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    This program provides educational support but does not replace school instruction, tutoring services, or special education services. The instructor is not liable for academic performance outcomes.

    10. Acceptance of Terms

    By completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
